Two superb Latin tunes on one 7" platter. 'Figa De Guiné' is an uptempo jazzy bossa groove, laden with percussion and drums taken from the 'Semideus' soap opera. The track originally appeared on the 'Semideus' soundtrack LP by Som Livre in 1973. 'Alibabà Alibabou' is a piece of uptempo funky samba from the legendary Novos Baianos that's big on the horns and chorus vocals. The track was originally released on a 4-track 7-inch EP in 1979, entitled 'Trio Electrico'.
