Back on vinyl, due to popular demand, is the 1982 debut-album by the Welsh indie group founded by the Young Marble Giants' Alison Statton. Musically 'La Varieté' is a delicate collection of songs set against a jazz backdrop, switching across several musical settings including samba, cabaret, Afrobeat and truly original contemporary exotic pop. Coming with remastered sound, this reissue edition is limited to 500 LP's.
