Ian Gillan is one of Britains best-known and most influential hard-rock singers. Following stints with the legendary Deep Purple and Ian Gillan Band, he formed Gillan in the late 70s. The bands no nonsense hard rock lead to them having a string of hit albums and singles in the early 80s. Thso collection features tracks s.a 'Fiji', 'Purple Sky', 'Men Of War' and live versions of 'Thunderwood', 'Unchain Yor Brain', 'Born To Kill' 'Black Night', 'Helter Skelter' and 'Child In Time'.
