'Rusted Lung' is the name of the 2023 album by cowboy of drone and Kentucky Colonel Blake Edward Conley, recorded in the disparate locations of Louisville, Kentucky and Las Vegas, Nevada. Three songs encompassing what this country looks like as its promises decay and crumble. Gentle drones, heavy scuzz. The soft ends cracking off the hard middles. Lovingly fossilized in amber and lava rock via Jason T. Lamoreaux's mastering and Cory Fusting's art work. Hope only lasts so long.
