A full-length, unreleased album of powerful deep funk grooves from late-'60s/early-'70s Omaha, Nebraska get-down masters L.A. CARNIVAL. Recorded and shelved thirty years ago, the album is a gamut-running funkfest of psychedelic soul, backbeat-grounded, heavy funk, and Afro-beat magic. Lovingly restored and mastered with bonus alternate takes, a live track from 1970, and some recently unearthed first recordings.
