Black Hole, Torment Star, Sterilized... Listening to side A of Motorspandex's debut 7" can be a traumatizing experience: the very moment the needle touches the vinyl, black smoke begins to fill the room. You suddenly find it very hard to breathe, and realize, that the air pouring into your lungs is made out of crusty, rusty metal. A mechanized nightmare appears, veiled in nothing but motorized tight pants. It steps out of the smoke, grabs you by the throat, and enters your life forever.
Motorspandex is old fashioned crusty fun, following the twisted multidirectional trails of Brocas Helm, the NWOBHM movement, Magma, Amebix, Captain Beyond, Tractor Pulling and others...
