The Sir Finks played often during the mid-90s with surf and garage bands like Jackie and the Cedrics, Sons of Hercules etc etc Around this time they caught the eye of local indie label Wildebeest Records, who released most of the tracks within this compilation. Together, they released a few 7" singles, some compilation tracks, and ultimately their full-length album - "Instrumentals in the Key of Boss." It was comprised of some of their strongest original tunes and a few of their favorite covers which were standards from their killer live show. And what you have here is 15 fantastic original songs and 7 choice covers including one the best versions of the Yardbirds classic Heart Full of Soul with a mean fuzz-guitar that could give even
