Reissue on 180-gram vinyl of a classic underground soul LP, originally released by Stax in 1973. The album was produced and arranged by Dale Warren, who was a classical trained violinist and became staff writer for Motown (Supremes a.m.o.) in the '60s and for Stax (Isaac Hayes, Mad Lads a.m.o.) in the '70s. Around the time of these recordings Warren was seriously infected by the psych-soul virus, which can be heard throughout this highly regarded and much sought after album. A highly recommended title with a dark underground intensity hardly ever heard before or since!!

Also available: GHETTO: MISFORTUNE'S WEALTH (STAX) (LP).
