MORKOBOT are no strangers to fans of unique, chaotic, and powerful instrumental noise weirdness. Musically, this Italian trio is the perfect middle point between robotic mechanisms and organic humanity. VANESSA VAN BASTEN is a duo working with various guests and contributors from the alternative and extreme Italian underground scene. They make slow, heavy, metaphysical instrumental music, influenced by cosmic psychedelia, industrial rock (like Swans or Godflesh), the Neurot and Hydrahead catalogues, '80s 4AD bands, krautrock and Norwegian black metal. The Subsound Split Series is a collectors' series of limited edition 12-inch coloured vinyl releases. For each release, the series presents two bands from the Italian and international underground scene, spanning various non-mainstream genres.
