Originally released on cassette and as a tiny LP run for radio
stations, this sensational 1984 release from Thailand's Isan region is now available to the world. This successful molam group was formed by, and named after, Suthep Daoduangmai, a man with musical dreams and ambitions, but who wasn't a musician himself. The group basically was an extravagant orchestra with over thirty members (including twelve dancers), blending traditional Isan and modern Western instruments, and featuring two male and two female singers. Of particular note is that legendary vocalist Siriphon Amphaiphong, along with her sister, made her debut with this band. Now everyone can hear why this album became hugely popular in Thailand.

Also available: COME MY BROTHER, LET'S GO TO THE CITY! (CD).

SUPERNATURAL HOT RUG AND NOT USED - SUPERNATURAL HOT RUG AND NOT USED

INRYO-FUEN - EARLY WORKS 1980-82
