Choke The Palm Tree is a 2-piece from Lübeck, Germany. The music appeals through riffy songs, mad headbang parts and hi-swing obscenities which will make your neckhair stand up. It is stoner rock and sludge, but not as you know it, the genres are powerfully pushed into an open direction, progressive parts are served and a hint of psychedelic rounds off the buffet. Choke The Palm Tree's third album is a loud and heavy fusion of sludge, stoner and blues rock, but these guys definitely have their own sound.
