The first ever legit vinyl reissue of this private press progressive hard-rock LP from Texas, 1974, featuring excellent dual guitars, keyboards, melodic vocals and West Coast touches. To get an idea, think Allman Brothers, early ZZ Top, Wishbone Ash, or the incredible Homer... Revealing top notch production and superb musicianship, 'Jungle Lady' saw the light in two different pressings: the original white label LIPS vinyl from 1974 is the first edition, and the red LIPS label issue contains a later remix done in Nashville, possibly around 1975. This Out-sider reissue is taken from the remix version, as that one's way "hotter" than the original pressing. It features sound from the master tapes and includes an insert with detailed liner notes and photos.
