Gerardo Iacoucci's 'Urbanistica' is one of the most elusive LP's from the very sought after Octopus series. The album was originally released in 1971 as a non-commercial album of background music, recorded for cinema, radio and television. This is definitively his grooviest record, offering psych-beat with jazzy breaks, killer Hammond sounds, stunning drums and a soul-jazz brass section. This reissue is limited to 500 copies.
