Los Dandy's was a Peruvian cumbia band that was formed in the '70s by the great Héctor Farfàn (Los Beta 5, Los Destellos) and that featured the superb vocals of the legendary Oswaldo "Guajiro" Ortega (Los Guajiros, Los Destellos) on most of the songs. This is a reissue of the band's rare album from 1985, originally released on the tiny Bambú label. Expect a great mix of cumbia, guarachas and tropical rhythms with cool Atari-styled electronic effects, reverb drenched electric guitars, infectious vocals and incredible lyrics.
