2017 album by Speakeasy featuring members of The Chords, The Purple Hearts, The Risk and Long Tall Shorty. That's Brett 'Buddy' Ascott on the drums, Simon Stebbing on guitar, Mark Le Gallez singing and Ian Jones on bass. What we have are fourteen tracks written by by all the members of the band (plus another Purple Heart Bob Manton) pulling their collective history and musical knowledge into on helluva great time album. Taking in a variety of influences from the sixties to now, this isn't a slowed down acoustic set of bollocks normally associated with supergroups, this is Speakeasy and this is hard edged mod'n'roll.
