The Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band (also known as The Bonzo Dog Band) was created by a group of British art-school students in the 1960s. Combining elements of music hall, trad jazz and psychedelic pop with surreal humour and avant-garde art, the Bonzos came to the public attention through a 1968 ITV comedy show, 'Do Not Adjust Your Set'. Their hit single, 'I'm The Urban Spaceman' was produced by Paul McCartney, they appeared in The Beatles' 'Magical Mystery Tour' film and recorded lots of radio sessions that feature unique versions of songs from their albums. This album is comprised of those historical radio broadcasts. Long thought lost, they have been loving restored and mastered and complied for this album. The album includes previously unreleased material such as 'Captain Cool', an early version of 'Postcard', 'Excerpt From Brain Opera Pt. 1' and a unique live recording from 1966 of 'Bill Bailey, Won't You Please Come Home'.
