With 'Storied Sounds' accordionist Tuulikki Bartosik makes her solo debut. The album is a declaration of love for the diverse landscape of Estonia. Bartosik has worked very effectively with audio recordings from the nature of her homeland: twittering birds, murmuring brooks, wild seagull screams and even the big city noise from the captial of Tallinn. On this album, she worked with Finnish composer and pianist Timo Alakotila and Estonian guitarist and mandolin specialist Villu Talsi.
