Originally released in 1962 on the Riverside label, 'Interplay'
features piano giant Bill Evans at his gently swinging best.
Percy Heath and Philly Joe Jones complete the rhythm section,
while Jim Hall's guitar and Freddie Hubbard's trumpet round out
the sessions. This set is a bit of a departure from his usual
trio recordings of the time, but the results are no less than
fantastic. This classic LP from arguably the greatest jazz pianist of all time is now reissued on 180-GRAM VINYL, including reproduced artwork and labels.
