With the Barons, the Texas guitarist John Nitzinger released a couple of singles for a smaller label in his hometown of Fort Worth in the mid-1960's. From 1968 Nitzinger went solo for the first time, with the then still quite young T-Bone Burnett as producer. In the 1980's Nitzinger founded the band PM with the drummer Carl Palmer from Emerson, Lake and Palmer and he also played guitar on Alice Cooper's 'Zipper Catches Skin' album.
This CD plus DVD set captures the 2001 performance at Rockpalast after John had taken a long break from music.
