This split EP features 3 tracks of Immen on side A and 5 tracks on side B of Bo Menning's 2021's solo debut 'North Star Runaway.' Immen's wide and desolate landscape goes hand in hand with the complex ambient sound of Bo Menning. Specially mastered for vinyl by Pieter Kloos at The Void in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. Singer/songwriter Immen has an intriguing warm voice and knows how to create an intimate atmosphere with a dark edge. Although most of the songs are written in English, she sometimes returns to her Frisian mother tongue, which gives her songs an earthy and supernatural touch. Multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Bo Menning is best known for the Utrecht rock band Aestrid, whose music in recent years has walked a special dividing line between '90s emo, shoegaze and post-rock.
