One of the most characteristic sounding groups in Europe today, Perry Dear & The Dearstalkers display their very distinctive sound, steeped in the age of the instrumental era from 1962 to late 1963, when Fender six-string bass instrumentals posed a serious threat to both Merseybeat and Shadows-inspired guitar groups. After several EPs and their fantastic debut LP 'Six-String Holiday', the Norwegian quartet have recorded their second LP 'Oh Dear!', influenced by Jet Harris, Dave Clark Five, Brian Poole And The Tremeloes to name a few.
