Following the "one-man show" of 2021 debut LP 'Hits To Spare,' Scottish beat sensation The Poppermost re-emerge in full band form with a quartet of numbers recorded exclusively for Rogue Records. The Poppermost present a swinging slab of Joe Kane (Dr. Cosmo's Tape Lab, The Owsley Sunshine) penned and produced nuggets recorded live in one single day in Glasgow's Fabbest garden shed. The group dynamically delivers with the foolproof sounds of Rickenbacker, Hofner, Gretsch, and Ludwig instruments. From the piano/harp R'n'B-eat of lead track 'Carry On Swinging' (via a pair of Merseypop boppers) to the dark harmony-jangle of wild card 'A Talent For Loving,' this is a new phase Poppermost release.
