HELTER SKELTER - I NEED YOU

HELTER SKELTER - I NEED YOU

Despite being recorded in 1971, the original 'I Need You' b/w 'Goodbye Baby' single was not released until 1977 during the height of UK punk by Sticky Records. Apparently, the world wasn't quite ready for this raw slice of proto-punk/glam in 1971, or even 1977 for that ... read more »

STAMP, TERRY - TWENTY ROUGH ROTTERS 1980-1989 (2LP)

Double album by former Third World War singer/guitarist Terry Stamp, with 20 tracks that have never been released on vinyl before. Recorded between 1980-1989 in Terry's converted cellar or bomb shelter. Raw, rough, and honest. This is literally just a small fraction of ... read more »

LOYDE, LOBBY - DO YOU BELIEVE IN MAGIC (BLACK)

'Do You Believe In Magic' is obviously not the famous hit by The Lovin' Spoonful. It is a Lobby original and was in fact one of the earliest Colooured Balls tunes dating from early '72. The band never ended up recording it. A few months after their split in early '75, Lobby ... read more »

ROCKIN' HORSE - JULIAN THE HOOLIGAN/STAYED OUT LATE LAST NIGHT

The original UK mono single mixes! Available for the first time since 1971. The power pop "original recipe" style from the late '60s/early '70s. Rockin' Horse was a mostly studio-only group, who did one UK tour backing Chuck Berry in '72. Rockin' Horse was led by ... read more »

THIRD WORLD WAR - A LITTLE BIT OF URBAN ROCK/WORKING CLASS MAN

THIRD WORLD WAR - A LITTLE BIT OF URBAN ROCK/WORKING CLASS MAN

This proto-punk release is back in print for the first time since 1972. Remastered from the original tapes. Terry Stamp and Jim Avery (ex-The Attack, Thunderclap Newman) hold the distinction of forming what was probably the UK's first real 'aggro' band, Third World War. ... read more »
