Banana

Aun Es Tiempo De Sonar (black)

'Aún Es Tiempo De Soñar' marks the beginning of the end for the Argentinean Banana: the end of their mass popularity, having been recognized until 1978 (and still going) as one of the most trending outfits in Argentina thanks to their ballad-driven compositions, and the beginning of a wholly new orientation in a symphonic prog vein. César Pueyrredón's, the mastermind and Banana's main composer, passion for melody and his unique romantic style were the main drivers behind the most distinctively European sounding symphonic prog album that came from Argentina in 1979. Composed to perfection, this is an album that will appeal in equal measure to fans of Kaipa and Camel, as well as to those seduced by the mellow side of Italoprog. The first ever official reissue of this essential album comes in an ultra-limited edition of 200 hand-numbered copies (100 black and 100 yellow), with a 2-page insert showcasing how Banana's magnum opus came to be. File nearby: P.F.M, Camel, Kaipa, Espiritu, Celeste, Locanda Delle Fate.
