Les Lou's

Wild Fire

Repress. Les Lou's, the first all-female French punk rock group, was formed in early 1977. Soon they met Mick Jones of the Clash who invited them to be the support act at the Bataclan in Paris . Soon after the band toured with the Skids, Richard Hell & The Voidoids, Sham 69, Slits, Siouxsie & The Banshees and the Ramones. They contributed to the Skydog Commando compilation as well as soundtrack for 'La Brune Et Moi'. In 1979, after two years of sometimes chaotic performances, the band decided to quit. This 12" presents four sparse tracks by the band: 'Back In The Street', 'Take A Ride', 'No Escape' and 'Wild Fire'.
