Do you have a specific release I’m looking for?
Probably! We currently have more than 110.000 titles in our catalogue which we update daily You can use our search engine to find a specific band, album or label you’re looking for, or just browse titles per genre.
Who can become a customer at Clear Spot?

Business accounts are restricted to companies working in, or related to, the music industry (shops, distributors, record companies).

If you want to apply for a business account, please create an account and we will get back to you.

Why are there no prices displayed?
Prices are only visible for business customers that are logged in. If you meet our requirements and you want to become a business customer, please create an account. If you are a private customer please go to www.shinybeast.com
Why is -this record/label- not displayed?
The titles shown are the ones in stock, once you logged in you can see our complete database, including all items which are not in stock and which you can order.
What about damaged, missing or wrong items?
Immediately upon the customers reception of delivered (ordered) goods, the customer has to inspect the shipment and notify us by telephone, fax or email in case of missing items, defects or damage. In case of the latter, the customer will get written ‘instructions’ from us concerning the manner of how to return the wrong or defected items. If the customer fails to notify us within five (5) days after delivery of the ordered goods, the goods have to be unconditionally accepted by the customer. If we are at fault for sending you the wrong item, you can return this within thirty (30) days after purchase and we will refund all costs, with shipping charges included
Is my package insured?
Packages are NOT insured against loss or damage, unless you specifically ask us to insure these. If you do not request insurance, then your order is sent at your own risk. Please ask us about the availability and costs of insurance.
How can I change my details?
Login and click on on the user symbol in the top right. in the menu select account.
I have a complaint, what can I do?
If you have a complaint, please send an email to info@clearspot.nl.
Can you carry my label's or band's releases?
Labels and bands interested in distribution can send samples to Clear Spot, Hermelijnkoog 21, 1822 CA Alkmaar, The Netherlands. Please include all necessary information. We cannot answer all emails, letters etc. due to time restraints, but if we think your label/band is interesting, we'll contact you.
Can you release my band on your label?

What are the shippingcosts?
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and where it’s going. Please note that this is only applicable to 7”s, CDs, and LPs. Send us an email if you’re ordering heavier items like books or box sets. If you order outside Europe and we can't ship it under 2 KG ( 4-5 records), we will make also an offer with the current postage costs. Please check our Shipingcosts here.
